EPT opens sales office in Shanghai, China

(Oct. 9, 2007) HOUSTON — Environmental Packaging Technologies (EPT), a provider of bulk packaging products and turnkey shipping solutions, is expanding in Asia with the opening of a sales office in Shanghai, China.

The Shanghai office will serve the needs of food and chemicals exporters shipping from Asia to Europe and the United States. Distribution and warehousing support will come from the company’s Southern China-Guang Dong location and from its Shanghai-Pudong area Waigaoqiao Bonded Logistic Zone warehouse.

“Asia is a key market for our BIG Red Flexitank™, BIG Red IBC™ and BIG Red Dry Liner,” said company President Tatiana Golovina. “Our new office in China puts us closer to our customers, which translates into faster response time and service.”
